PORTSMOUTH, VA. (THECOUNT) — Portsmouth, Virginia police are investigating a double-fatal shooting in the City of Portsmouth on Saturday morning.
Wilbur Giles, 66, and Chiquita Giles, 34, were pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
