WEST BRADFORD TWP, PA. (THECOUNT) — The search for Chester County, PA, man, Bruce Rogal, has ended, after officials say he was found dead early Thursday morning.

Rogal drove to the home of his ex-wife in West Bradford Township and fired six rounds at her while she was in the driveway, but missed, Chester County officials said Wednesday.

He then drove to a Pennsylvania retirement community and shot and killed his parents, William and Nancy, officials said. They were both in their late 80s.

Rogal fled in a 2002 Honda Odyssey. He was spotted in the van hours later, then crashed into a home near his ex-wife’s house.

The DA said it all stemmed from some news Rogal received earlier in the day, “He received an order making his divorce final and awarding the home to his now ex-wife. That appears to be what set him off today,” officials said Wednesday. source

The deadly shooting occurred at the Bellingham Retirement Community, on Boot Road in West Chester, PA.

Authorities say, Rogal was found dead, however, further information on a cause of death was not immediately made available.
