A California pastor is suspected of positioning his vehicle outside a Covina hotel room so that he could pleasure himself while viewing a pair of minors inside the room, authorities say.

Douglas Rivera, 40, the pastor of God’s Gypsy Christian Church in Glendale, is accused of then exiting his vehicle and loitering outside the kid’s room while continuing to pleasure himself and pretend to have a conversation on a cellphone lasting more than 30 minutes, Glendale cops say.

Rivera is said to have then forced his way into the room when the minors thought it was their guardian at the door. Once inside, Rivera engaged in oral copulation with one of the minors.

Rivera then fled in his truck, authorities said.

ABC7 released an apparent cell phone video captured by Rivera where he is depicted denying the charges.

On the video, the pastor claims that in-fact he was the victim, the victim of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

“I did not do nothing wrong. I was at the wrong place at the wrong time. Something happened in that hotel, and that’s the simple answer,” Rivera said in the minute long video.

He goes on to say that he had contacted a lawyer and will be turning himself into authorities on Wednesday.

“There is absolutely no truth to that – no matter what you see on the Instagram or the TV – there is no truth to it. I love you Los Angeles, please keep me in prayer. God will take his truth out. I love you,” Rivera said.
