Boston Celtics NBA Legend JoJo White Dead At 71

Celtics legend JoJo White died Tuesday. Information on an exact cause of death was not released.

He had been battling cancer, according to the Boston Herald. White was 71.

White was inducted into the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in 2015.

The MVP of the 1976 NBA Finals, White made the All-Star Game seven times and the Celtics retired his No. 10 in 1982, just one year after his retirement.

He spent 10 years with the Celtics and won two titles.
