The Greenville County coroner says, Antron Crawford, 37, was shot dead while at his vehicle outside a residence.
Deputies are investigating after Crawford was found shot in the chest outside his home in Greenville, SC. He later passed away.

Officials with the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a shooting occurred on Bethuel Church Road Wednesday night. The call came in at 11:35 p.m. Deputies said a witness on scene reported seeing three suspects. A K9 unit responded to assist with the search, but was unable to track the suspects. Deputies said the investigation revealed that when the victim arrived at his home, he was ambushed by three masked individuals and was then shot at least once. source
Crawford died while being treated at the Greenville Memorial Hospital just before 12:30 a.m.
Deputies are working to identify the suspects and ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC.
