The brother of a man accused of murdering Toledo woman, Latina Hampton, is speaking out on Facebook. Hampton was 34.
Derrick Bratton, also 34, was arrested and charged in the shooting death of Hampton Saturday night, and now his brother is claiming he is innocent saying that Bratton would never cause Hampton any harm.

The shooting occurred shortly after 11:00PM Saturday on the 3900 block of Vermaas in Toledo. Police say they arrived to find Hampton shot at least once. Hampton was taken to Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center where she did not survive. source
Bratton is currently being held without bail at the Lucas County Jail.
