Rose Nicholas has always told she bares a striking resemblance to Taylor Swift, and now she’s turning in that likeness into a cash cow business.
Nicholas has been able to quit her job in lieu of paid modeling gigs as a professional Swift impersonator.

According to Nicholas, people have been pointing out the similarities between the two since Swift came on the scene. However, she didn’t realize the potential of the situation until she started living in the U.S. in 2013. “In Times Square, it felt like the paparazzi were surrounding me,” Nicholas told the Daily Mail. “People refused to believe me when I said I wasn’t Taylor Swift.” At first, Nicholas just used her appearance to get free drinks at clubs, but she started to receive legit modeling jobs after a photo of her went viral on Flickr. h/t complex
Nicholas makes over $600 per gig, and has earned roughly $15,500 since she started taking on jobs impersonating Swift. She also is asked constantly to snap selfies with young Swift fans. “It makes their day,” Nicholas said.
