The LA Times is reporting, within hours of serving two days of a 45 day sentence jail for trespassing at Selena Gomez’s Calabasas  home, a homeless man returned to the property on Friday and was rearrested, Los Angeles County sheriff’s officials said. Authorities say Che Cruz, 20,  violated the specific orders of a judge earlier this week to stay away from the singer.

Cruz was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, sheriff’s officials say.

His arrest came two days after he was sentenced to 45 days in jail and three years’ probation for entering Gomez’s guest house bathroom on Sunday. Cruz was released from jail early Friday. It is not unusual for nonviolent offenders to serve a small percentage of their sentences as jail space is generally needed for violent offenders. source

Cruz on Wednesday pleaded no contest in his initial court appearance to one misdemeanor count of unauthorized entry of a dwelling, L.A. County Deputy Dist. Atty. Eduards Abele said.

In addition to his jail term and three years of probation, Abele said the judge ordered Cruz to stay away from Gomez and her residence. He was also prohibited from possessing any weapons.

Cruz reportedly knocked on the front door of Gomez’s home before going around the back of the property and entering the guest house. He was found by security guards who responded to the property.
