It hasn’t been called Czechoslovakia since 1993! But that did stop MSNBC from displaying the geographical obamanation in their report on the Ukrainian crisis.

Czechoslovakia was a sovereign Central European state that existed from the end of World War I until its peaceful dissolution into the Czech Republic and Slovakia in January 1993. Twenty-plus years later, an MSNBC graphics producer seems to have missed that memo. source

 
The political borders on the map are correct, however the labeling of Slovakia as “Czechoslovakia” is not, not be a long shot.
