President Obama is expected to make the announcement at 8:35 a.m. PST advising American’s who lost their insurance policies they can now somehow get it back.

The news comes one day before the House is scheduled to vote on a Republican-sponsored bill that would accomplish essentially the same goal. Insiders predicted that dozens of Democrats who face tough re-election fights next year would support the measure.
