A judge has accepted James Holmes plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.

Holmes, AKA, The Joker, is accused of killing 12 people and injuring 70 in a shooting at an Aurora, CO., movie theater.

The judges’ ruling makes it possible that Holmes will the avoid the death penalty and instead he would be committed to a mental hospital, along with the other jokers..
