Liam Hemsworth came back to America and his woman, Miley Cyrus, under ONE condition, that the singer would stop using drugs! Well folks, Miley LIED! As Murphy’s law would have it, a solo Miley was CAUGHT smoking a blunt in Miami! She told Liam she needed to go to the southern east coast mecca on work, what she didn’t tell Liam, was she would be doing drugs on her trip! As well as hitting a 21 and over Miami hotspot, Miley’s still only 20.. I think beard is in charge of bringing the drugs along. FYI, a “blunt” is a tabacco cigar mixed with weed and crack rocks.
