After seeing these pictures from yesterday, I have officially put Amanda Bynes on TheCount.com’ Countdown… Very sad to see Bynes aimlessly walking around NYC on her 27th birthday… The matted hair and bad feet are the first sign (next to the stench) that someone has completely lost it…

At some point the socks came off…
