Many hook and ladder trucks became disabled, overcome by the water, also leaving early responders themselves stranded and calling for help. In the meantime, the fire moved quickly and deliberately, taking out all in its path.
It was officially dubbed a six-alarmer. Shockingly, early indications are the loss of life was minimal. I will update you on that asap.
