Lindsay Lohan Getting Sued for allegedly Hitting a Pedestrian

Lindsay Lohan does not seem to have luck with vehicles. Nubia Del Carmen Preza is claiming that actress/singer Lindsay Lohan struck her with her sports car in September 2010.

Preza’s lawsuit states she has suffered “disabling and serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish” and she is seeking damages for all of her medical bills, and her lost time at work.

Preza’s lawsuit states Lohan was driving when she was hit on the afternoon of Sept. 1, 2010, at an intersection just south of the Sunset Strip. At the time, Lohan lived near the intersection.

Guess Lindsay cannot stay out of the news…

Neither Lindsay or her attorneys had been served the lawsuit yet, and have not commented on it yet.

Is anybody else sick of hearing about Lindsay’s legal troubles? I think maybe it’s time to leave her alone, and get her out of the press.
