Ju’Not Joyner hit a high note with his performance of “Hey There Delilah” and judges agreed it was great, however, that did not help him on elimination night as Joyner was voted off the popular talent contest.

Now Joyner is speaking out and what he’s saying has many of AI’ devoted covering their eyes and ears while shouting “No, no, no.”

In a website chat room, AI Now, Joyner, boldly stated; “It’s a fixed thing if I ever saw one.” Joyner also spoke out on what he called a “slavetract,” the contract that all hopefuls must sign before they can tryout, “They pay for our lawyers to negotiate against their lawyer (which is BS),” he said. “They make us COLLECTIVELY choose the lawyer, then they act like it’s in our best interest. Craziest stuff I’ve ever seen. I have a son to feed. I HAD to ask questions and know what I was signing. Plus I write my own songs and I needed to know details…Some folks were like, ‘Just shut up and sign on the dotted line.’ I know better than that…I wasn’t complaining…I was asking basic legal questions. There’s a huge difference between the two.”

Some might call Joyner’s comments, sour grapes, while other absolute would agree, either way, AI is a rollercoaster and an unknown talent should just put on the seatbelt and enjoy the ride.
