This lady, Miranda Tozier-Robbins, was found outside Britney Spears’s house in Los Angeles by her excellent security team. She was chilling and had video cameras with her-yet maybe she forgot Britney is on tour? Perhaps she was getting ready to steal some fried chicken, biscuits and cheetos.
