Authorities say they caught an inmate who tried to break back in jail after escaping to steal cigarettes from local Mini-mart.
Sheriff Gregory says the 25-year-old inmate hightailed out an exercise yard door then climbed a fence. Once out, the guy went to a convenience store and stole 14 packs of smokes.

Deputies were looking for the escapee when they spotted him trying to sneak back in.
